The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou

Wanna have some good time? This Wes Anderson movie is a good choice for that.

The story is about Steve Zissou, an oceanographer (a weird one) who wants to take his revenge from an unidentified shark which killed his collegue. Just the crew is enough reason to see this film. Bill Murray, Owen Wilson, Cate Blanchett, Anjelica Huston and Willem Dafoe take the lead.

The film is dedicated to Jacques Cousteau. To shoot the movie, a minesweeper identical to Cousteau’s Calypso was found and brough from South Africa. Click here to download Calypso’s scale model ship plans. There is also a cross section mock up made for the movie.
