Scale Modelling hobby meets fishing! Well, actually Nietlogger is much more than a boat to fish for hobby. It is a offshore fishing vessel. Typical German trawler structure is easily noticable on Nietlogger. And actually nietlogger is not the name of the boat, the type of it in German.I found out that they all had a board number in addition to their name. For example Bundeskongress ROS-112.
There are some German info included in the plan set. Hope a German scale model builder can translate them for us 🙂

“Logger” is German for a class of boats called ‘luggers’ in English. “Niete” is German for ‘rivets’. A “Nietlogger” is a lugger made of metal / riveted together.
