Another great scale model ship plan comes from the USSR. Alpinist class born by the decision of USSR to improve fishing fleet. They were quite modern at that time. They were equipped with a 3 blade variable pitch propeller with a nozzle, stern and bow thrusters. She has also a bulbous bow which reduces the resistance of water. At the stern there is a ramp for trawling i suppose, but this boat was also a seiner.
The plans are just detailed enough to build the model ship but some more details would be better. But still it is a good plan set. Some photos are also included to the file. Enjoy building your trawler and don’t forget to obey the fishing regulations.
