This scale model plan set is provided by Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations . The plans include hull lines, sections of the boat and general arrangement. The boat has an assymetric cabin. And to be honest, i found it very ugly and unefficient. But maybe you’ll like it anyway…

You should add to the description that this boat is made of Concrete, or a construction technique known as “Ferrocement/Ferroconcrete”.
Constructed in India, because of the lower labor cost as Ferrocement was highly labor intensive. Materials wise it was cheaper than standard steel manufacturing, and required readily available tools.
